Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love your LAMAN essentials. If you're not satisfied, you can exchange or return your items within 14 working days of placing your order for a full refund or exchange. For pre-order items, returns are accepted within 14 working days from the day your order was received.
To start a return or exchange, email us at: stores.laman@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email stores.laman@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- We will send you return instructions (and a prepaid label for India orders, if applicable).
- Ship your item back in its original packaging, unworn, with tags attached.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please allow up to 21 working days for the full process.
Important Notes
- Sale and promotional items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Once purchased at a set price, we cannot apply future discounts or refunds to that product.
- Returns are not free; customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit—please use recorded delivery.
- All returned items must be unworn, in re-sellable condition, with tags attached and in original packaging. Items not meeting these conditions may be returned to the customer.
- If an item is found to be damaged or dirty, it may be sent back to you. A specialist team can review on a case-by-case basis, which may delay your refund.
- Keep your receipt until your return is complete; responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us.
Refunds & Processing
Refunds are issued for the item price only (excluding shipping fees) and processed within your payment provider's timescales after we complete the refund on our system.
Products exchanged will be shipped out at no extra charge. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for any sale or discounted products.
International & EU Customers
If you are returning items from outside the UK, you may incur customs fees for us to receive your item. Return postage costs, including any customs fees, are the customer's responsibility (unless the product is faulty/damaged before wear).
Eco-Friendly Returns
All returned items are inspected and, if possible, donated or recycled. We never landfill returns. We ask customers to consider the environmental impact of un-resellable returns.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
