We want you to love your LAMAN garments. If the fit or feel is not right, you can exchange or return your items within 14 working days of receiving your order.
How to start
Email us with your order number and details. Our team handles return requests within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

We will send you return instructions and the return shipping address in India.
Pack and ship
Pack the item unworn, with original tags attached and original packaging. Ship using recorded delivery.
Inspection & dispatch
Once inspected at our facility, exchanges are dispatched at no extra shipping cost, or refunds are issued.
Return conditions
Item condition
Garments must be unworn, unwashed, in original resalable condition with all tags attached.
Return window
14 working days from the date of order delivery. Pre-orders have 14 working days from delivery date.
Exchanges are free to ship
When exchanging for a different weight or size, the replacement item is shipped out to you at no added charge.
Return shipping fee
Return postage to our facility is borne by the customer, unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.
Sale items
Final sale or promotional clearance items are non-refundable. Size exchanges depend on stock availability.
0% Landfill commitment
Returned items that cannot be resold are sanitized and donated or recycled into eco-textiles. We never landfill garments.
