These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers with LAMAN at brand.lamanclo.store and lamanclo.store. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Product Specifications & GSM Accuracy
LAMAN guarantees that all clothing items published as 100% cotton contain 0.0% synthetic polyester or synthetic blends, verified by independent yarn analysis lab reports available at /proof. Product GSM specs (180, 210, and 320 GSM) reflect fabric weight per square metre.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on lamanclo.store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable statutory taxes. Free delivery applies to orders above ₹1,599 across serviceable Indian pincodes.
4. Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Standard delivery times range from 2–4 business days for metro areas up to 5–10 business days for remote pincodes across India.
5. Exchanges & Returns
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 working days of order delivery. Garments must be unworn, with tags intact and original packaging preserved. Detailed procedures are available on our Exchanges & Returns page.
6. Intellectual Property
All contents, lab document representations, photography, code, and text on this site are the property of LAMAN. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana, India.
