When is my order dispatched?
Orders placed before 2 PM IST are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a tracking link by email once dispatched.
Do you ship to all pincodes in India?
We cover 26,000+ pincodes. If your pincode is not serviceable at checkout, email us at stores.laman@gmail.com and we will find a solution.
Is tracking available?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. International orders are tracked to the destination country.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
Contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and replace or refund if confirmed lost.
Are customs and duties included for international orders?
No. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their country's customs authority. We declare the correct value on all international shipments.
